We process this data to provide the service you've signed up for (contract), and to respond when you contact us (legitimate interest). We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Account and planning data is kept for as long as your account is active. Password reset links expire after 1 hour. Support tickets are kept for our records. Delete your account any time by asking via support, and we'll remove your data within a reasonable period.
We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in (a session identifier). It's not used for tracking or advertising, and there's no analytics/marketing cookie on Planier today.
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data. Contact us via support. If you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
